Travellingbag’s spring makeover

Travellingbag’s spring makeover

Spring is officially in the air here in Western Australia. With a few minor glitches (today being one of them), the weather the past week has been glorious – warming up but not too hot, the flowers are blooming, the hay fever sufferers are suffering and the flies have returned from their winter migration to get up our noses and into our eyes.

There’s a spring in people’s steps. This time of year puts a smile on the faces of most people (those hay fever sufferers being an exception) and for a brief time, until we all start complaining that it’s too hot, we are all that little bit content with life.

To celebrate the change of seasons, when we all unearth our summer clothes from the recesses of the wardrobe and shove our winter woollies and flannelette pjs out of site, I’ve given Travellingbag a spring makeover.

With the help of the amazing tech savvy Sandy at MicroManage – because we all know how incompetent I am when faced with anything of a technical nature – Travellingbag is revealed in all her spring glory.

We’ve gone lighter and brighter and hopefully a lot more user friendly.

Make sure you put your email address in the box in the sidebar so that you don’t miss out on any of my travels, my tips and my upcoming reviews.

I hope you all like the new look and, please, let me know what you think – do you like it? Leave a comment below – I’d love to let Sandy know that all her hard work has not been in vain. If there’s anything else you’d like to see on here or if you have any problems with the new layout make sure you tell me either in the comments or by email – ’cause, you know, I’m not a mind reader.

See you all very soon for lots more fun and informative posts.

    • God will help and protect Israel. One of His wishes may be for Israel go retake Gaza and repopulate it with productive Jews. Driving out militants without returning Gaza to Israel is naive and futile.

    • I’ve hit this funk before….it’ll pass! You can do this. I’m sure everything is ok over there with him and that the phones just went down. He’ll be home in a few months and you won’t have to worry! Stay strong!

    • This will be our first Christmas with our 9mth old son, Luke. I am so excited to see what traditions we can carry on and start this year! I have always loved Precious Moments and had a Precious Moments Bible myself as a little girl Thank you for the chance to win this!

    • I remember reading about that, too. I think what it boils down to is this: there is no real, agreed upon standard for what blood serum levels of Vitamin D (in its various forms) should be. There isn’t even a standard blood test! There are several different ways of measuring blood serum levels, and they’ve been shown to produce WIDELY different results using the same patient’s blood.

  1. It looks great! As Kathy says, simple but elegant.

(I had to stop and think for a moment there when you said ‘Spring’.)
